Last week we were in the Dominican Republic sipping on fruity drinks and eating different styles of foods, this week I'm living out of a suitcase in Philadelphia, eating out A LOT and next week is Thanksgiving and our cousins are coming from Missouri for the week.
So much fun, so much spontaneity but being out of my routine for so long has me feeling a little blah.
About two months ago, I realized my love to workout classes at the gym (thanks to a friend) and I was feeling strong, healthy and confident. Fast forward two weeks and I feel like I am back at square one.
I'm ready for the routine, excited to get back in the gym and sweat and eager to keep moving forward.
